I’ve been waiting for Megan and Mike’s Maneeleys wedding probably just as much as them. We had a great time at our initial meeting and at their engagement session last fall, so I knew their wedding was going to be great. They are an easy, laid back couple that LOVES the outdoors. I follow them on Instagram and this winter they were skying every weekend, while I was at home trying to stay warm.
Well, there wedding day came and it was great. There wedding ceremony at the Bolton Congregational Church was beautiful and their Maneeleys wedding reception was a lot of fun. In between that, they got a little blessing with some rain and when you looked at a radar map, it was only raining in our immediate area; That’s just the way it goes sometimes.
For Megan’s wedding gift from Mike, he worked on it for over 6 months and his work did not go unnoticed. He designed skis for both of them and worked with a local wood worker from Vermont to make his designs come to life. Of course, we needed to take pictures of them because they both now have a pair.
Their Maneeleys wedding reception was a blast. From the moment they walked in, their guests were ready to party and they did. They sang, jumped on each other, and sang some more. When the crowd is that lively, there are no dull moments. If you are thinking about having a Maneeleys wedding reception, I recommend it and I know a lovely couple that does as well.
Congratulations to Megan and Mike!
