Can I just say how much I loved walking around with Vanessa and Jeffrey for their Brooklyn Engagement Session back in July. It was a lof of fun taking in the scenery and getting to know them. We spent about two hours together because we also wanted portraits with the Brooklyn Bridge behind them at night and we waited until we got it.
Their Brooklyn Engagement Session was recently feature on Borrowed & Blue. You can tell they are very much in love. It was a great summer day and we saw lots of other couples having their engagement session as well as families just strolling around. New York City that time of year is the best time in my opinion. You can appreciate the beauty of the city day or night.
I do have to confess that it was my first time in Brooklyn, but I felt this sense of belonging there for some reason. Vanessa and Jeffrey live in Brooklyn and they could love everything about it. They met through a mutual friend over two years ago and have been together ever since. They love traveling and they had their honeymoon in the Dominican Republic. They are actually my second couple of 2014 that had their honeymoon there. I just wish they would have had their wedding in the Dominican Republic. I can’t wait to have a destination wedding down in the country I was born and do what I do best, which is capture love!
The best thing about their Brooklyn Engagement Session was the view of Manhattan from the Brooklyn Bridge Park. The sky had a few clouds and the sunset was perfect as you can see.
Enjoy the rest of Vanessa and Jeffrey’s Brooklyn Engagement Session!
