Can I tell you how much fun I had exploring with Angelee and Mike on their MIT Engagement Session! MIT has a great campus. I was a bit confused getting where I wanted to be, but I figured it out. Luckily, I always leave early to have some cushion time to explore and I did. Mike is in a doctoral program at MIT and works there, so it was the perfect place to have their engagement session.
It was a seasonably warm September day when I met Angelee and Mike for their MIT Engagement Session. I met Angelee and Mike at the Killian Court in front of the Dome Building and they warmed up to the camera instantly. They probably don’t see it that way, but they did. They laughed and had fun, which helps me capture amazing portraits. We walked through what felt like a very long hallway to get to the Strata Center where Mike works. I drove by earlier and I was impressed at the oddly shaped building. The inside wasn’t full of students and people working, but I wasn’t surprised.
After a few portraits around the Strata Center, we went towards the river to get some of Boston in the background. After all, they were going to get married in the Hotel Commonwealth Boston. Their MIT engagement session was a fun and relaxing session for everyone. We got to get to know each other and I learned a few things about MIT as well.
Enjoy Angelee and Mike’s MIT engagement session. Their wedding will be up on the blog next…so stay tuned! Comment and let me know what’s your favorite image.
